"Quiet Mind Sacred Mountain" Mindfulness retreat at Flowing Waters Retreat Center in Mt. Shasta, CA. Mornings will be our practice time together of mindful meditation, sitting, walking, and eating while enjoying the forest and creek. Afternoons, we’ll be integrating our practices into hiking, swimming, and relaxing. Evenings will include the starry New Moon skies, dharma sharing, the Five Mindfulness trainings, singing, and closing with Noble Silence.
