Our weekly practices include sitting meditation, walking meditation, singing, Dharma teachings, and Dharma sharing. Additionally, we recite the Five and Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings, have tea ceremony, host days of Mindfulness, gather for potluck suppers, and participate in various community events and projects.
